2 Moroccan Lamb Tagine (حلال) HDI love my tagine and this was the first dish I ever cooked in one. You can also cook this in a flameproof casserole or in an oven. Harissa is the North African chilli paste – use with care!

    3. If you don’t like the idea of chunks of onion in your mouth, you can always try grating or puree-ing the onions.

    All your meals look so delicious . The only problem i have with cooking your meals is that I have a strong hate for Onions. Strange i know, they barely taste of anything but ive always hated them since i was a kid. Is there any way i can leave them out or replace them with something else?
